Sree Hanuman Swamy Temple is a captivating strict spot arranged at Pangode close to Thirumala in Thiruvananthapuram District of Kerala. This sanctuary cherishes Lord Hanuman as the fundamental divinity.
The symbol was accepted to be introduced by Brahmasree Swayampoorna, the supremo of heavenly information, of Punnakamugal Sree Swayampoorna Ashram.
Master Ganesh and Lord Shiva are different divinities venerated in the sanctuary complex. Vada Mala and margarine are the primary contributions at the sanctuary.
The State powers had their post at the old Cantonment region nearby the present Legislative Assembly complex. Resulting to the moving of the post from Cantonment to Pangode in 1935, the State Forces felt the need of laying out a position of love for their soldiers at the new Cantonment region and a Temple was laid out at Pangode. There are five fundamental icons – Lord Hanuman Swamy, Lord Siva, Lord Vishnu, Lord Ganapathy and Nagaraja in the sanctuary complex Of these the historical backdrop of Lord Siva follows back to a time of 175 years.
